By accessing and using the Premier Stocks League (PSL) website, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provisions of this agreement. Additionally, when using these particular services, you shall be subject to any posted guidelines or rules applicable to such services, which may be posted and modified from time to time. All such guidelines or rules are hereby incorporated by reference into the Terms of Service.

2. Description of Service

PSL provides users with access to a unique platform that ranks and tracks the performance of leading stocks in a competitive format. You also understand and agree that the service may include advertisements and that these advertisements are necessary for PSL to provide the service. You also understand and agree that the service may include certain communications from PSL, such as service announcements, administrative messages, and updates.

3. Registration and Use of the Site

To access certain features of the Site, you may be required to register for an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete. PSL reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account if any information provided during the registration process or thereafter proves to be inaccurate, not current, or incomplete.

4. User Conduct

You agree not to use the Site for any unlawful purpose or in any way that might harm, damage, or disparage any other party. You also agree not to:

  • Upload or transmit any content that is unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, or otherwise objectionable.

In no event shall PSL, or its suppliers or licensors, be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use the materials on the Site, even if PSL or a PSL authorized representative has been notified orally or in writing of the possibility of such damage.

9. Changes to the Terms of Service

PSL reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms of Service by posting the updated terms on the Site. Your continued use of the Site after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms of Service.
